Founder, Elizabeth Sullivan

Elizabeth Sullivan is a business owner, fitness professional, and married mother of 4. She has a passion for making a positive impact on the world and has discovered health & fitness to be a key to how people feel and show up in the world. Elizabeth loves the bodybuilding approach and has competed and won in the bikini bodybuilding division. She believes that with a growth mindset & action we can achieve our goals.

"As I’ve grown into my own healthy lifestyle over the years, I’ve witnessed the fitness gains not just in my body, but in my mindset and personal growth. There’s nothing like it! And I want that for you, too.

My work as a personal trainer has shown me again and again how hard it is for most women to just get started. Many of them had nowhere to learn more about truly embracing fitness for the first time.

I noticed that plenty of fitness programs, classes and gyms shouted at them, “Get started today!” or “Start now!” But were they really there to guide these women through those initial stages every beginner faces? Nope.

It never made sense to me! Most people are beginners, so why weren’t there more resources for them? These women needed programs and tools created by fitness pros who deeply respected them. It’s such a beautiful act of discipline to take time out of an already-packed schedule, to take risk and try something completely new. That’s the definition of a badass, if you ask me.

And so I created TIAB, so you can have dynamic personal trainers right there with you at home, leading the way as you make the most of your new beginning. You’ll lay the foundation of a healthy lifestyle and form rock-solid habits as you create your new lifestyle from the inside out. We’ll show you how to make the most of it.

Terri Good, ACE Certified Personal Trainer

Terri Good is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist with over 29 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Her areas of specialty include mobility training, strength training, suspension training and finding nutrition strategies that work for individual lifestyles.

She is a cookbook author, pizza enthusiast and a gym owner. Terri loves helping people find fun and effective ways to fit fitness into their daily routine.

Traci Havlik Certified Personal Trainer

Traci Havlik is a mom, PE/Health teacher and run coach. She brings a passion for running and a mindset of growing outside your comfort zone to bring out the best in new athletes.  Traci was a state hurdler, ran collegiate track, and qualified for the Boston Marathon while placing in the top 10 of the Quad Cities Marathon in 2016.  Recently she completed a half Ironman, rounding out her training.  Not only does she coaching running, she is also a tri coach and online personal trainer with a fiery, fun personality!
